DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, We offer Free shipping & returns for domestic customers only at the purchase of AED 99 and above, and international customers have to pay as per the international delivery charges.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12 pm AE are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12 pm AE are shipped the next working day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2 pm AE. Orders received after 2 pm will deliver the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship globally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of AED100 for the USA/Canada and AED175 for the rest of the countries.

Note: Any extra duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the receiver’s responsibility.

HOW DO I TRACK THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment tracking email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking details as well as a link to track your package online.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

No, We do not ship/deliver to APO/FPO addresses.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?

30 Day Return Policy
We wish our customers to be happy with their purchase. You can return the purchased item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition, and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions/Purchases will be issued to the original form of payment.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

With the goal for us to handle your return as fast as could be expected, kindly round out all the data mentioned in our profits entry. Try to print out the return sheet posting your client data, the things being returned, and place it in the container. Spot all things in their unique bundling into a safe box or envelope mailer. Strip off the prepaid return delivery name, join it outside of your transportation box, and drop the bundle off at a FedEx area.

HOW DO I RETURN OR REFUND AN ITEM?

To return or refund the purchased item, email us at info@namglobal.ae with your order details .Returns/Refunds must within our 30-Day return policy window to be eligible.

WHEN BE WILL MY CREDIT CARD REFUNDED?

Travel time back to the distribution center may take up to 7 workdays. You will get an email once your return has been received and processed. When your return is processed, kindly permit as long as about 15 days for your refund to show up on your bank account (contingent upon your financial institution).

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?
